159cm ECHA graded
fewspot Knabstrupper stallion. Ghost, who is currently 160cm (15.3hh), is by the Apollon son Adonis af Asgard, and out of an extremely successful and highly graded Knabstrupper mare, Sally Norholm. Ghost will be presented to the KNN in October 2009 for grading, and he passed the first part of his ECHA Grading in 2007 and will return for the ridden assessment in 2009 Ghost possesses the very correct conformation and elastic, elevated and powerful paces that help his full brothers win in the Dressage arena, as well as the perfectly amenable, friendly and curious temperament we wanted in our first Knabstrupper stallion. We are hoping that this fine young man will follow on in the footsteps of his brothers, who are justifying their high approvals by consistently producing beautiful highly regarded premium foals in Germany. Ghost is a fewspot, which means he is homozygous for the gene that gives the spotted pattern, and all his foals, even those out of solid mares, should be colourful in some way. His first foals hit the ground in March 2009
